Structured cabling and network installation for Metro Atlanta.
Copper, fiber, wireless and the racks they land in. Installed, tested and labeled, so your network is easy to run and easy to change.
What we install.
The physical network, end to end: from the wall plate to the rack, and from one building to the next.
- Cat 6 and Cat 6A copper cabling
- Single-mode and multimode fiber, fusion spliced and OTDR tested
- Racks, pathways and communications rooms
- Wireless access point installation
- Switch and device installation
- Testing, labeling and closeout documentation
Where it fits.
- Building out a new space.
- Cabling is planned with the floor plan, so every desk, door, camera and access point has a run waiting for it on move-in day.
- Adding people or equipment.
- New workstations, printers or wireless coverage, added to the network you already have and labeled to match it.
- Warehouses and large floors.
- Long distances and high ceilings. Fiber carries the distance, and access points are placed for the way the floor is actually used.
- A room that has grown over the years.
- Existing cabling can be traced, labeled and dressed, so the next change is simple and the next technician can read it.

Questions we hear first.
How is structured cabling priced?
By the number of cable runs, how far they go, what is above the ceiling, and what has to be tested and documented. We walk the site first, so the price you get is for your building.
Cat 6 or Cat 6A: which should I install?
Cat 6 carries gigabit speeds the full 100 meters and is the common choice for desks. Cat 6A carries 10 gigabit the full distance and suits wireless access points, cameras and anything you expect to keep for many years. We install both and recommend run by run.
Can you help with an existing network?
Yes. Tell us about the equipment, the symptoms and any recent changes. A site survey and hands-on troubleshooting establish the next step.
Can you work in an occupied building?
Yes. Work is scheduled around access, operations and the people using the space. Tell us your hours and any restrictions.
What should I have ready before we talk?
The location, floor plans if you have them, roughly how many devices or workstations you need to connect, and your target schedule.
Do you work outside Metro Atlanta?
Yes. We are based in Metro Atlanta and work throughout the Southeast, often as a subcontractor for integrators, general contractors and national service providers. Tell us where the site is.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Attenus holds a Georgia unrestricted low-voltage contractor license and carries insurance, and a certificate of insurance is available on request.
Is testing included?
Testing, labeling and closeout documentation are part of how we finish a job. You receive the results with the handoff.
Tell us about the space.
A few details are enough to start: where it is, what needs connecting and when. We will walk it with you.
