What we collect on attenus.com and the project form at crm.attenus.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective July 23, 2026. Updated September 17, 2026 for the new website.
What we collect
When you start a project. The project form asks for your name, your email and what you need: the service, whether the project is commercial or residential, and your timeline. You can also share your company name, phone number, city and a short description of the work. We use exactly this information to respond to your request and prepare your quote.
How you found us. When you send the form, it also notes the page you were on and, when available, the search engine, site or campaign that brought you to us. This tells us which of our efforts reach the people we can help.
Keeping the form trustworthy. To keep automated spam out and respond to real requests quickly, the form briefly records the internet address (IP address) a submission comes from. That record is short-lived, used only for spam protection, and is not part of your customer file.
Visiting attenus.com. This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. If you arrive from a search result or a campaign link, your browser keeps a note of that source for the length of your visit, only so a project request can say how you found us. It is gone when you close the tab.
How we use your information

- To understand which pages and outreach bring in the customers we serve best
- To keep our forms and systems secure and free of spam
That is the whole list. We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who helps us handle it
Your information lives on the systems of a small set of trusted service providers that power our website and customer tools: the companies that host our web pages, store our customer records and deliver our email. Each one handles your data only to provide its service to us. Beyond that, we share information only when you ask us to or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep project requests and customer records for as long as we are working together, and long enough afterward to answer questions, honor warranties and meet business record requirements. The spam-protection log clears itself on a short cycle.
Your choices
Your information is yours. At any time, you can ask us to:
- Show you what we have about you
- Correct anything that is out of date
- Delete your information, where the law allows

How we protect it
Our customer systems use encrypted connections, and access is limited to the Attenus team members who serve you.
A note about children
Our websites and services are built for businesses and homeowners, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we update this policy, the new version is posted right here with a fresh date at the top.
